i unbolted my dash to start working on it and i cant get it out there were bolts on each end that i took out but i still cant get the dash out is it welded in? any help would be great THANKS!

yes the dash is spot welded in. i think you have to revover the windsheild to get to all the spotwelds. matt

Anything can be removed, its just a matter of time and money, and of course sometimes some uneccessary damage.

i removed the dash out of my burb...................i think there were somewhere in the neighborhood of 23-24 spot welds in the windshield opening....................i drilled them all out and did the same with a donor truck i got for the replacement.................if you're trying to fix your dash where the heater controls and radio are located they make a patch panel for that area on the dash..................hemmit

Like they said, yes it can be removed. But you don't want to remove it unless you have to.
