63-66 aftermarket fan shroud reviews?
I think I am going to replace my cracked, warped original fan shroud #3838525 on my 66 with a 327. I see that just about all the part houses carry them these days, but they vary in price. Does anyone know if these are all manufactured by the same folks? Or are there aftermarket shrouds that are better quality than others? Has anybody bought one of these shrouds who can provide some info about how close they match original in quality and fitment?
Thanks |

Re: 63-66 aftermarket fan shroud reviews?
I replaced my cracked and previously repaired (by PO) one with one of the aftermarket units. I got mine from the Car and Truck Shop in Orange, CA.
It fit very well but was missing a hole near the lower pass. side area. I just need to drill this and all will be good. Very nice quality. Unfortunately I don't have any pics of it installed.

Re: 63-66 aftermarket fan shroud reviews?
I installed an aftermarket shroud 21 years ago when my fan broke and destroyed the previous one. Its holding up very well with no warping etc.
