Instrument Lights?
Hey everyone. I've got a '66 GMC that I just converted to a TH400 transmission. I'm using a B&M Megashifter on the floor, and as part of the instructions it says to take a lead from the instrument cluster lighting down to the shifter, so my indicator light will work with my instruments.
Wondering what wire I need to tap into to carry the instrument light signal down to my shifter. Thanks everyone! - Jake |

If the GMC is the same as Chevy for wiring color, all the instrument lights are grey wires on the back of the instrument panel. If you pull the instrument panel out you may even find a splice you can tap into with out cutting wires. The splices are wrapped in tape.

Lgriffin, you're the man. First try, and the operation was a success. Thanks!
