He won't share the reserve so I was hoping to get an idea from guys who own em. I have a 65 and a 68 and this would be a nice addition. Anyone recently purchased a nice shortbed? If so how much did you pay?

Re: Nice ebay find

well dont bid on it.. people can ask what they feel their truck is worth. they dont make these trucks anymore so they can ask what they want.. and if its nice and someone wants to buy it the deal will be made.

Re: Nice ebay find

^just a joke... thats why the b.s. flag was flown. Joes truck will probably go for a lot of money, which I hope happens. That truck is way above the level of most c10s.

Re: Nice ebay find

Was anyone on here watching the powder blue 77 SWB on ebay a couple weeks back . It went for 7k. It had a BIN of $7500 and I considered it but the light blue turned me off a little . Yezzis' truck will top that one because it is a nice truck with some tasty detail but the twotone colors really make it stand out. If I was not considering the truck below , I would be looking at it closely. I need to get rid of my 6.0L crewcab and really like my sons Dodge Diesel so I have been looking for a 01-05 4wd Diesel with a manual trans. I think Yezzis truck will bring close to what this truck will .
I have also been looking at a frame off SWB but it is still a little out of reach for me .
Frank

Love the "matching Coleman cooler"! Having seen that I realized I have a cooler just like that but blue, hopefully matches my truck...

Re: Nice ebay find

hey, monroe the 03-06 dodges(newer bodystyle than the 01) get high 20's mpg where the 01 gets low teens. the 03 will drop down similar to the 01 when it's loaded. but the mileage unloaded would be worth the few thousand extra IMO. do me a favor for my peace of mind and research it. just trying to look out for ya.

There you go, Anthony. I think if you read between the lines in the ebay ad, it said something about a perfect LS swap candidate. You have to look closely, though.
