Screwed II
Prompted by Kurts72's success, I too was screwed by a fellow board member. In November I paid $175 + $100 shipping for a pair of stepside fenders. So far plenty of excuses but no fenders and no money back. I notice that the individual has changed his board name.

Bernie...maybe I was impatient but I don't think so. Man you must be a saint. Contact the local police in his town and file a complaint, give them all the details. It will help immensely to have another party that has been screwed by the person...then they will go visit him. Perhaps someone already has filed a similar complaint. That has been too long. Give us his name and someone else will surface...it helped Kurts72 and I get together and get our deal sorted out.

All you have to do is post his call name and he will get taken care of on this board but I don't know what to tell you about your loss. I hate to see people screwing up OUR board. Randy

I've heard nothing from him so here is the name. Timmy Jinks of Rayville LA. His board name was "Stills" and is now "Timmy". If I get my fenders or my money back I will post here to say so.

Hey, Bernie, I've got a friend who is a state trooper in that area. (He can be a real ass if you don't know him). He also reposesses stuff for finance companies, and lives for this stuff. If you get no response, send me copies of the posts and e-mails, and I'll see what I can do. I'll be out of town tomorrow, but I'll check in Friday.

I once got screwed on a tractor part from a guy that posted on the great website: Farmall Forum http://www.ytmag.com/farmall/messages/107515.html
I posted his name and you would not believe throught the course of a year how many people this guy screwed. I contacted the local detective and he contacted the guy and I promply got my $150 back after two months. There are people out there that will try and screw us good folk, but if we stick together and call law enforcement it can work out. If it doesn't lets get together and HANG HIM HIGH!

Rayville LA. I'm sure there are enough members down there to have a little "get together" at Timmys' place! Oh yeh, it might take a little time to figure out where he lives, but I'm betting Rayville can't be that big of a place to track a guy down. Especially if you have many board members helping. I think you best be sellin' one of the trannys to get this DEBT cleared up real fast. If not, sounds like you may be wearin' one of them up yer BUTT!!
