heater housing screws

Looking for the size of the screws that attach the outer heater housing to fire wall, and the screws for the blower motor. 68 c10 non a/c. Any body know sizes or were I can buy?

I tagged and bagged all the bolts but I don't think they are the correct ones.

Re: heater housing screws

The interior box has the screws attached to them which hold the exterior box on the wall. The nut is a 3/8 inch head..

Re: heater housing screws

Yup it has the 2 studs that come from the inside and those use sheet metal nuts. But it is still has 4 more bolts that go from the outside in. They are a self tapping screw of some kind.

The screw that I have are all different lengths and all have different head size. So I am sure that they are not the factory screws.

Re: heater housing screws

I just removed mine and they were 1/4"-20 bolts threaded into the firewall, then the 2 locating clips.

Hope this helps.
