trade work on my 1965c10 for my Corvette

i want to do some upgrades to my c10 but just dont have the money. anybody in AZ that can do suspension, disc brakes, paint body work, big block engine. im looking for stuff like this. the Vette is worth $5,500 and i have about $10,000 in it (in know it does not look like it)

i have owned this car since 1998 and have put alot of money into the transmission , rims , general upkeep ,and rear end. i have over $10,000 in receipts
it runs and drives very good but does need some cosmetic work like paint and interior
it has the heavy duty racing tranny from hughes with a 2,800 stall ($3,800), changed stock gears from 3:08 to now 3:73 much more tourque($1,200), and the original rims trued, and show chromed ($1,275)
i also installed a $700 Be-Cool radiator
the engine is still stock and has not been rebuilt with 126k on the car
