check out the video, it sounds like its coming from the intake or carb,

its a 327 engine

That doesn't sound good but its very hard to pinpoint. I would disconnect the belts and rule out all accessories and water pump. It sounds almost like cam bearings or something but again, troubleshooting through video is pretty tough.

seriously, its loud, there is a noise, but cant tell. broken flex plate maybe?

It sounds external to me. As stated by LT1 take the belts off and go from there...
