how much work is it
how much does it take to remove and replace a radiator support i know it will be an all weekend job but i was wondering if anybody had ever done it before

front clip has to come off, then drop the inner fenders, radiator, battery box, some wiring also...... then remove and replace the core support and put it all back together.... it can be done in a day if you don't run into too many rusted bolts...

It may seem like alot of things to do.......
I did one in a day without a problem....... Removing the front wheels for access made it alot faster for me..... Left the fenders intact.....when everything else was unbolted......the core support can be moved enough to remove it.....

Mine would have come off easy too if the bolts holding it to the frame weren't totally rusted and stuck. I had to cut them off. But other than that it was easy. If you don't take the fenders off it will go back together faster cuz you won't have to realign them.
