Anyone have pics of Blazer with these rims??

Not sure what they are. I work for a car dealer and they have been laying around in the storage area for a long time now. The boss said i could have them. I thought about putting them on my Blazer. Before i go through the trouble of getting tires mounted i just wanted to see what they looked like.

Just watch out for the backspacing and the center hole size for the hubs.. Also while you are at it a set of wheel spacers for the rear would make your track width the same.. I think I used 1 1/4" spacers each side, made a big difference. Good luck!

They should have it stamped who made them usually on the inside of the bead somewhere. They look like American racing rims I've seen. Mot sure on model but they are worth 50 bucks apiece if you decide not to used them. I had the 787 I think the number was on mine and it looks really good to me. Thy we're just regular wagon wheels instead on the d shape opening in those.

Yeah i decided i dont like the look of these on the blazer. They tuck the tires in too much for my liking. I know the wheel studs are really short on the blazer. You went 1 1/4 huh? Was there any stud left?

With spaces they bolt in on the stock studs and have their own studs that the rim rides on with another set of lugnuts. It is illegal in some states to Have them on.

Actually now that I look at them again it has a 2" spacing. See 1st pic below, this is what it takes to make the back the same width as the front.
On the second pic you can see the track width is the same front to back and the outside edge of the tire stuck out maybe a 1/4" from the fender with this backspacing on the wheels. The wheels in the pic don't stick the wheels out very far.

Nice lookin blazer. I've heard with spacers you have a wider tiring radius as well. Did you notice a difference ?gm makes the rear 4 inches difference to help have tighter turns.

The blazer actually isn't mine anymore.. I didn't notice any difference in the turning radius. The newer trucks don't have that big of a difference in width front to rear if any. Who knows..

You still had it Listed in your sig so I didn't know you and the blaz had parted ways. My 94 I believe is still 3-4 inch difference front to back wms-wms. I haven't measured the difference but it looks to have the same amount as my 72.

Thanks for the heads up on the signature , I forgot all about that.. Ill have to check but I don't think the 99-up trucks have as much of a difference, which I guess it doesn't matter anyway.
Sorry for hijacking this thread talking about track widths!!

Re: Anyone have pics of Blazer with these rims??

Yeah no problem. I don't have access to a 99 up. I don't see why they would stop doing it after 60 years though. Lol. Never know til you measure. This info is good to Know for someone that don't know. You know. Haha

Re: Anyone have pics of Blazer with these rims??

Ive decided not to put the rims on the Blazer. They tuck the wheels too far inside the wheel well for my liking.
