inline 6 intake clean up project

ok well the hot rodder/ customizer came out in me when i was doing my intake/exhaust gasket replace and i decide i would do something about my dog ugly intake and exhaust.

so far i have ground down all the casting numbers firing order and casting lines on the manifold, along with all the little blocks and dowls cast into it when casting the manifold, i have also deleted my egr and welded up the hole it has under it and made a egr delete plate that goes in between the intake and exhaust. as of right now the intake is completly bare metal getting primed, for the exhaust im goin to be pretty easy on how much material i take off of it because i already have a small crack in one of the runners and dont want to make it any weaker, then ill spray it with some extra high temp VHT paint, black of course lol

so for a comparison pic here is the best befor pic still on the truck.

I always see a product called calyx sold by eastwood and others that's supposed to go on your exhaust get slathered on your exhaust and makes it look all metallic.
