Re: '72 Highlander on C/L in ca.

good eye hart Rod. It is mine, and I asked around and this is almost what I can get (or close to it) in parts. Originally I didn't know it was anything special, and I picked it up for the engine and trans. I have always wanted a BB short bed, and this would get me half way.

But since it is pretty nice, and all the advice was to sell it whole, I will try my best to do that. the 4K price is really a starting point, and I will take less, of course. But the sad truth is that it's hard to get the parting out value when selling a rusty truck whole. I'll try for a couple of weeks, but it looks like this one may not make it. Please don't flame me for needing to make a buck or two. it's the dang real estate market in this area that's killing me... My mortgage is 3/4 my income.

I am going to get an estimate on the rust repair Saturday, and may actually be able to fix the rust, (and then I will keep it) but I don't know yet. That 402 sure does sound good though!

No flames here bro! I say make all you can off of it whether you sell it complete or part it. I've been known to part a few myself, . If you sell it whole, I've got a 402/TH400.......
