Was just wondering if anyone knew the easiest way to get a title
for these old trucks? |

I need one also for a friends 53 GMC, have VIN plate but was a farm truck , never titled and NC won't go for a Bill of sale. Let me know

I am in Texas and I do not have any Vin numbers, the only numbers I have
is the ones on the "A" pillar on driver's side up high.. Thanks for any help... |

Those numbers are the vin numbers on a Chevy truck. It should start with something like 3A5600xxxxx which would mean it was a 56 Chevy truck. The last 5 of the vin is the number off the line.

I'm not going to lock tis thread because there is some helpful info here. But do know that the selling of vin tags and titles is not allowed on this board. |
