Post Pigeon Forge Follies

At least 16 BB members showed up at PF.I had the shirt Logo enlarged and printed on a poster so the BB members could sign it.There were 16 sigs at 10:30 this am when I left for home.
July in Greensville SC is going to be another members meet we hope.
Now for the skinny.Lots of nice 67-72 Chevy/GMC trucks.Probably 20 or so.The members were not able to all attend at once so the main pic only has about 9 of us together.
Tim Christian had the good sense Sat. night to make reservations for 16 of us to have dinner together and that was an enjoyable time(Hope everyone has gotten over the monster chocolate binge desserts).
My wife and I then went back to the motel to feed our new puppy. The rest of the gang went to the Go-Cart track.I think they will have to go to a different one next year.Seems like managment doesn't like it if you do NASCAR style burnouts and thank your sponsors.I hope Tim and Tony aren't too bruised up after their head-on collision.I hope the wives are over their embarassment, too.
I hope some of the members who planned to show up then wussed out due to weather realize it was just wet not really bad weather.
Big Orange, you need to get one of those blades,I don't think you can haul enough diapers to keep that big old thing dried off.Especially if it rains like it did Sat.
I would say that anyone who could have come and didn't really missed a fun time and start planning on being there next year.We will reserve you a seat at the table and since Tim C. lives close maybe we can coerce him into saying the dinner blessing again(great job Tim!!).

Talking

Man I dont know were to start,Me and the wife had a great time all weekend. It was so nice to put faces with those board names.Lets see I met Mr.Panel-Deland,Da-burb,Pickupman,Mikes67,BIG71,Jims72,Tennman, Steve Moore and there were more, but the one that left alasting imperession on me was TIM.C,David King said that we would hit it off and we did.As far as the GOCART race Tony aka:BIG71 got us barred from the track for the nite for his renactment of my polish victory lap and cutting donuts at the start/finishline.
We are glad that BIG71 is alright after Tim C and him ran head on into one another. Also it was nice to meet the wives and the kids and pets.We also recruited some more posable board members.Yes the July 3,4,5,6 in Greenville SC is a must do,let see how many members we can get to go.
Not to be braggin(yea right) I won BEST INTERIOR of SHOW
And BEST of CLASS for the BURBS and PANEL division.
And DAVID KING made so much $$$$$ that they had to call WELLSFARGO to take it to the bank for security purposes.
David we mite have to file a claim with your insurance for my neck were you rearended me.lol
Stay tune for more board follies!!!!

Hey Big orange, glad to hear you won. You had my vote. Your 'burb is simply awesome. Sorry I had to rush off before the awards. I had to get back home to get ready for knee surgery Monday morning. I scored quite a few good parts, especially from King Parts. I can't wait to get through my physical therapy to get started on some installations. All of the trucks were great. The wife and I had a good time and look forward to next year.
