classic air cleaners
I found this in my box of parts. I think its off my 63 or my friends so I mounted it. Is this from an 8 cylinder? Anyone got some pics of stock air cleaners, or some other classic air cleaners that work and look cool for our trucks.

Re: classic air cleaners
The 6cyl & 8 cyl cleaners had snorkles. The airbath oil cleaners were round, but didn't look like that.

Re: classic air cleaners
Thanks 1963c-10, I put the air cleaner on because I pulled it off a 63, (twenty years ago) Looked like the picture of a v8 in the assembly manual, (mines not an oil bath) and it matched my rusty fan shroud. Could be from anything but it will do for now. I also found some tail lights I pulled off his truck and I have to figure out how to mount them.

Re: classic air cleaners
Thanks Musicman, Looks pretty close but has different lines. The air cleaner I have fits in with that era. It looks like what they would put on a rat rod.
