Question Want to raise my 69 4X4, 4"

Does anyone have used, but decent, 4" lift leaf springs/bushings/bolts that would fit my 69 half ton project? 44" fronts, 52" rears

Welcome!There`s 4"springs & blocks for sale in this section by Jims70GMC.I doubt you`ll find rear lift springs used for a while.If you spring are in decent shape,you could buy a 4" shackle-flip.

I have a set of 4" front springs, bushings & ubolts for sale, they have about 200 miles on them. Asking $100 plus shipping.

Assuming you have the closed knuckle front axle, you will also want to keep your eyes open for an adjustable drop drag link. The dropped pitman arms don't fit the closed knuckle axle and even with just 4" of lift you will want to get the steering addressed.
