I got a shifter for a 4 speed, they didn't come with any linkage on them. $10 plus shipping. Thanks Randy

Do you have a aftermarket shifter in it? The original ones just went into the top of the tranny, no linkage. Thanks Randy

Randy is right,unless you have a different 4spd, the stock SM465's just had the shifter go right down inside the tranny
