Taking my 3/5 drop 71 SWB and tearing out the old and tired 350 and putting in a BBC and an auto and fuel cell and rewiring the whole truck and many more things.... hoping for a neat lil street strip truck come spring time or before then (work out the bugs before the track opens!!)

I like your project. What else do you have planned for it? Gonna paint it all up or roll it like it is?

Re: Lets see those projects !!!

After I get my dually painted, I'm going to get started on this one. Its a '71 but its probably getting a 67 clip. I'm planning on going with a hotrod/ratrod look initially. I've got a 396 that I think I'm put in it, and I'm probably paint it satin black and put wheels on it. It came hugger orange.

Looks sweet

If it were mine, I think I'd paint it satin maroon (the color on the hood looks sweet !!!)

It's in an undisclosed storage place with great security. I can't wait to get back but unfortunately I have 602 days, 86 weeks, or 20 months (which ever comes first) to go. NO, I'M NOT COUNTING!
