1987 differences?? Keith!!!!

did the 87 chevys have different grill combinations depending on the model, I am looking at an 87 but I thought all 87s had the dual headlights with turn signal behind the grill. The one I am looking at has a single headlight with turn signal below it, it is a Scottsdale model.

Dual headlight is an option. My 87 has a single headlight.

Yep, standard was single headlight, dual was an option. Generally Custom Deluxe and Scottsdale are single, Silverado are dual. I imagine there are examples of every combination though.

As far as I know, over the 81-87 run, Scottsdales were available in both single and double headlight grilles.

Earlier today, Keith posted a picture of his 1987 Scottsdale in my thread, and he ordered it with duals.

Re: 1987 differences?? Keith!!!!

You all are correct.

RPO V22 was the uplevel grille with quad headlights, and could be added to a Scottsdale trim level (...which I did ).

See if it has "V22" on the SPID.
