Got a pic of what you are looking for ? I had a complete set of four untill one day I forgot about it in the drive way and I ran over one of them so now I have three that I'm not using ,maybe you could use them .

I will take one tomorrow,I guess they are 3" chevy ralley trim rings.I will take pictures and measure tomorrow.
