Do you have any close ups of the front grill, surround, and bumper. Looks to be in decent condition from the pics, anything broken or bent? Any bends or rust on the bumper?

This grill has some dings in it, I do have some other grills in better shape also a better inner, more money though. I have a guy ahead of you on the bumper in this thread. I'll bring my thread about the grills to the top of parts board so you can look at them. Thanks Randy

Randy, I see this weekend don't work for you, that's fine, I'll will check with you when you will be around one of these weekends. As for another bumper, I am looking for a decent driver to better to put on the crew cab that I am planning out, I have everything body wise for it except a front clip besides a hood, so I am trying to get parts gathered for the later build so I am going to be on the lookout for a nice set of fenders and a core support. I think I will be able to find a nice core support, but I am going to need the fenders. When you get off the bumper or even while it's on, I'd like to see some better pics of it to see the pitting and such on it, from the pics, it looks pretty good.

Hello Randy,

I need a water pump two groove AC pulley and crank 2 grove pancake pulley, and old keyed power steering pulley.

Also a dipstick that bolts to the exhaust manifold.

bda8585, I need to look at bedside today and get back with you. As for the rolling chassis. I'd take $150 for it without sway bar, motor stands and AT crossmember, its missing the spring and trailing arm off the drivers side. Or I'd take $250 for it with all these and a good trailing arm. I have that other 71 that has the trailing arm still on it, same price for it with all or without.

Randy, if you haven't taking the headliner out yet, you might borrow your wife's hairdryer and slightly heat the areas where the clips are as you try to pry it out, it might save it. Seen so many break the clips over the years, it's worth a shot. On a side not, how are the upper bed mouldings any dents? Trevor

Trevor, I'll try that with the headliner, GM didn't have a very good idea when they built those. I'll look at trim on truck too
bda8585, both have 12 bolts, both frames look the same. $225 for complete rolling frame without without AT crossmember and motor and mounts but with sway bar and trailing arm, (if you want the one without one). Let me look at the 71 and see how the trailing arms are on it.

pound41, Bill, valve covers are good $15 for pair, oil filler is good $15 for it plus shipping. I'm having trouble posting pics on the site till they get it fixed. I'll get soem and hopefully get them posted on here soon

bda8585, I have the 71's body all off except bed, frame looks good on it, but the drivers rear trailing arm has some rust, I'd throw in a good on for it. I misquoted on earlier post, $200 for it with sway bar and PS box left on it and extra trailing arm.

I'll get soem and hopefully get them posted on here soon Trevor, trim is OK, you can look at it when you come bda8585, I have the 71's body all off except bed, frame looks good on it, but the drivers rear trailing arm has some rust, I'd throw in a good on for it. I misquoted on earlier post, $200 for it with sway bar and PS box left on it and extra trailing arm.
