They are uncommon, now.Back in the`60s "chrome reverse" wheels were the thing along with the other classic mags that some are being reproduced.Wheel Vintiques has them and they`re called "Genie" wheels.I like that stuff.

Not sure about a 4x4 or disc brakes. These were on my 67 C10 2wd 4 wheel drum truck.

Re: ** SOLD ** FS Five 67-72 GM truck wheels chrome black

Joe,

Thanks for the good deal on the wheels and hubcaps. My project is moving along slowly, but at least it is moving. Since purchasing the set of wheels I have had them sandblasted. I was going to paint them myself, but I decided to have them powder-coated white when I found a company that would give me a decent price. The only thing left to do is mount some new tires and then install them on the truck. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations on tire sizes? Would you use a wider tire for the 15x8 rims? Thanks again, I will post a picture after I get them on the truck.

Tim

Hey Tim - glad your project at least has a pulse

I don't have any advice regarding tire sizes for you though. I ran the same size tire on all four of those wheels - BF Goodrich Radial TA P235/70-r15

Re: ** SOLD ** FS Five 67-72 GM truck wheels chrome black

just a note in case anyone is wondering. drum wheels WILL NOT fit front discs on a 4x4. the rears work fine because they are drums stock on both. just to let everyone know, because we thought a blazer front end was locked up because of this. thanks
