Interior pics and custom panels

I made some black leather panels to avoid cutting up the originals to hold some speakers. I just used the origials and as a template, cut out, then glued on the leather, done. I also posted a couple of interior shots. I realized that I hadn't shown you guys the 2003 seats. I removed the 3rd row but the hooks are still there, they stick up like 5 handles. Good for tie downs

How did you mount the 2nd seat? Does it still fold down?

Looks good. I did something similar except I made the drivers side one piece. Nice seats.

Re: Interior pics and custom panels

Thought about the one piece idea after I cut it out, oh well live and learn. Thanks for the positive comments, I saw the custom headliners, man I wish I had some green to finish that up. The 2nd row was "modified" with a saw. I cut the brackets that were in the way, keeping all the key parts so that it still folds down, removed the rear fold carpet spring pieces. Then I moved the seat back so that part of the seat bracket is on the raised floor, so now there is actually leg room, then I bolted them down with some plates from julianos. I need to find carpet for under the second row, any ideas??

Re: Interior pics and custom panels

I am not sure about the carpet. I am fixing to be in the same boat with my wifes suburban.
