Well, here I am on the last day of leave before I go back to work. I kindof wonder how I'm going to get there, because I completely lost second gear in the 4l60e yesterday. Talk about a letdown! It's been perfect up until yesterday. Oh well.. Stuff happens from time to time. It'll get fixed.

I have the original 400 trans in my truck. I had it rebuilt a couple of years ago not because of drivability problems, but the seals had harden and the trans had some leaks.
I would love to have a 700r4 for the highway, but since I do a lot of driving across country, I have always been afraid that I would get stranded some where. I guess I can give up a little MPG for peace of mind ![]() |

Hey man, sorry to hear about your tranny. How far along are you in the old nuclear pipeline? Hope everything works out for ya.

I think it'll all work out. I should be driving it again in about 2 weeks. I graduated Power School 2 weeks ago, and I start prototype Monday.
