Quick rear end question

do our trucks (the 10 bolts) have 28 spline axles & are they 8.5? Does this look like the right posi for it? Thanks...corn

yes our trucks do have 10 bolts and 28 splines if the posi unit is 28 splines then it is correct

Well there ok for what there designed for You go putting a Bad ass motor in front of them , or gouge it going around asphalt corners it could be harmfull for its health.

I installed on in a 68 i had because i got a good deal on the entire rearend 100 bucks. Afterward i heard some horror storys.

i had the stock peg leg 10 bolt on my truck. Bought a 12 bolt for it a gov lok & 3.73's. It broke after a few monthes. I guess the heavy pedal through turns tore it up. I had an Eaton Posi installed. Works great now.

The gov lov was kinda fun when i had it. I could feel it engage in turns.
