Can someone give me some details on this truck? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

This truck was in a recent magazine, and its exactly how I hope for mine to look. What I am curious about is what items he used to lower the truck. I am assuming bags, but did he also use dropped spindles? If so, how much?

Also rim back spacing and tire sizes would be great.

Here is what is listed in classic trucks:

Rear brakes...............................95 impalla ss
front suspension........................Firestone airbags, monroe shocks

front tires...................................bfg 245/40/r18
rear tires....................................bfg 275/35/20

That's all of the info it gave on the chassis. It didn't say anything about the spindles or anything.

nice one! The top needs to be 3 or 4 " shorter to really put the icing on that job
