Unwanted parts

Hey yall,

Im currently building a Ratrod/shop truck. with this 70' c10 I have and I just thought id ask but does anyone have any parts they don't want or arnt using maybe a pull off or something from your build ? id gladly pay shipping I just need parts for this ol truck Not tryin to do wrong just cant afford new parts plus im really going for the patina and trying to build this with almost no money I can pay for a few things but I cant pay a lot. If this makes somebody mad in the admins section im sorry feel free to take it off im just trying to See if anyone has anything there not using or wanting.

I have a drivers side door off my 70 Gmc. The door was cut for a speaker and has some rust on the bottom. So a inner cap would be in order. Still have the glass and vent window. Let me know if you need it I am located in Nacogdoches and am moving to Fort Worth at the end of next month and don't really want to move it.

Well I tell yah what. I have to be in Fort Worth Friday morning. Ill be driving up Thursday afternoon after school and staying at my brothers in Arlington. Il throw it in the back of the truck and bring it with me if you want it.

I've been meaning to post up some of my old parts and one day I will when I get around to taking them all out and attacking them with my camera. I have a lot og GMC grill stuff as I had bought a GMC wanting a GMC with a GMC grill and then someone went and gave me a Chevy billet grill and all of the fixings for free. Truly what I get for thinking.

It's not hard, and don't use the excuse that you're young and not educated. You seem like a bright kid with a lot of gumption. I know dropouts that can do amazing things... so no excuse there.

I'm not tryin' to be a burr under your saddle, but if it were a free for all on the board, it would be so congested with "I want this" and "I want that" threads... it would get old real fast.

There are a lot of cats in your shoes that are low on funds and need parts. There are a lot of good cats out there willing to give away parts... but using the proper forum for it's intended purpose is there for a reason. Trust me... you're not the only one.

Parts will come. I have had to wait upwards of 5 years for certain parts for my projects to surface for a decent price. It's all part of the game in building old rigs.

Again... no disrespect meant to you...
