You can get a set of front spindles for a 71-72 which will be for disc brakes and then buy the rest of the parts such as calipers, rotors, bearings, and such at your local parts store for a 71-72. If that sounds like to much trouble you could always just order a front disc brake kit with a 5 on 5 bolt pattern.
For the rear you can take your existing axles and drums to your local machine shop and have them redrilled for 5 on 5.

Yep it is pretty easy, You will need to change your ball joints to the 72 ball joints and the outer tie rods are different also. They make an adapter which I believe is vrom brothers and allows you to retain your inner tie rods and use '72 outers.

the previos owner on mine took the front suspension out of a 72 that had discs and then took the axles and the center section and put them in and made 5 lug all arount and it will give you disc brakes. you will also have to change to a master cylinder to supply the front discs the original won't work

I Have A Set Of Rear 5 Lug Axles. Just Not Sure If All You Have To Change Is The Axles Tho.

to run 72 spindles you must use 72 ball joints so they will fit if i am not mistaken
