Uh Oh!!.. Slipping.
I was driving home from the College today and when trying to leave the parking spot I was in, It took awhile for transmission to engage in reverse. It works fine in drive, but there is a big hesitation when trying to move in reverse.
Could I be loosing my tranny? I changed out the fluid, and replaced the gasket about 6 months ago, and have had a slow leak after sitting for while. The fluid always reads full though? Does anyone know what might cause the slip or hesitation? How can the dipstick always read full, when I have been leaking forever? I was thinking maybe the stick is too long??? Confused??
