Will '68 Saddle Upholstery Match '72 Saddle Interior?
I have a '72 with a saddle (I would describe as dark brown) interior. I have a set of '68 buddy buckets which need recovering. Will '68 saddle buddy bucket upholstery match my '72 saddle (seat belts, door panels, carpet, dash pad, headliner, visors, etc) interior?

I had the same problem. The 68 seat covers will match color wise, but the pattern will not.

Isn`t the `68 saddle more of a goldish light color?I`ve never seen the same saddle that was in 71/72s in a`68.I`d get custom covers made in the `72 fabric.

Would this Brothers '67-'68 "light saddle" upholstery be too light for my saddle '72?

The chart is decieving.I believe the light saddle is more of a metallic looking goldish color.Let`s see what others say.It`s closer to fawn than saddle,IIRC.

In looking for interior parts, I have also seen "light" and "dark saddle". Then I've also seen where they list it as Brown. I went with PUI, because I liked the color. I wouldn't try and mix and match from different vendors, as you might come up with 2-3 different colors. Just my opinion.

My dash pad is a "saddle" reproduction. The color is close enough for me. I wonder if the '68 "saddle" upholstery would match the "saddle" dash pad?
