Header Questions

I need a set of big primary headers. I am running a mud bogger with 733 hp off of the dyno. The question is what headers work in the 4x4 trucks. I though about the fenderwell but open to all options. Will any chevelle headers work or something??

Re: Header Questions

Pretty much anything 1-7/8" and larger for a SBC is a custom set for the 60-66 chassis (which is same frame configuration through 72 I believe?)

BBC?? SBC??? and would this be for your 71?

Re: Header Questions

So.....

I bet you get a lot better response if you clarify,, a 86 or a 96

My guess is it's a 1986?

In which I really can't help anyways and bet it is going to be a custom header,, but you never know

Re: Header Questions

I have a question about headers too. I have a 1966 chevy truck with a small block, I found a set of headman 69080 headers. 1-3/4" primary they are listed for 1968 and up

would these work with my stock clutch linkage?
