Size: 47.3 KBHello everyone,
I was so glad to find this site. I am redoing another 72. Everyone said I was stupid to get rid of the last one. They were right. This time I am doing a 4x4, so it should be the only truck I need. I will use it on the weekends to pull my boat, and just sport around. All my others have been 2wd and couldn't pull my boat, so they were just toys. I hope to have this one replace my 2000 Dodge 2500.

The first is a pic when I got it 2 weeks ago.

The second is whats left of it as of this afternoon. After I get the motor mount crossmember from pickmup, I plan on trial fitting the drivetrain, and blazer tank. After that, the frame and suspension is off to get powder coated. Then its body and paint work time. I know I am going with a fuel injected 350, but not sure what type exactly. That might depend on any donors I come across in the next couple weeks. I am thinking a 4l60 or 4l80, to gain the overdrive, since I hope to drive this quite a bit. I also have a complete factory a/c to install. Anyone have a dash template?

Thanks everyone for making this site awesome and I look forward to talking to a bunch of you!

Mike
