t4oo kick down

Could someone out there help me out with pics of how the t400 kick down should be set up. I got a 69 with the rod type throttle linkage,I need to know what kind of switch to use and how and where to mount the switch.Thanks for the help

i converted mine to a cable and mounted the switch on the pedal assembly,dont have any pictures.the setup is very similar to a kickdown switch on a gm a-body(chevelle,gto,442)i didnt have any luck finding one at a junkyard and the only place to find a new switch is at a chevy dealer.
