4" lift kit / body lift?

just woundering if a 4" tuff county gives a true 4" of lift, ive heard some settling alittle higher ( which is a good thing )

also need some opinions on body lift? ive got 1/4 steel floor in the blazer, so i dont think mounts coming up though the floor is going to happen

I always used Tuff Country lifts but ahve never measured the after effects. LOL. I'm sure they will settle with some hard off road use. The body lift sounds ok.

Seeing as tuff country is here in slc ut and my buddy works there all our lifts are tuff we did my buddies blazer with a 4" and it ended up being about 5-6 i think we got 6" springs. My advice is ditch the body lift and spend that money to upgrade to a 6" suspension lift cost is about the same as a 4"susp. 3 " body and it would look better. If you are concerned with tuff country quality here is a list of trucks we have lifted ourselves with tuff components.

2 95 jeep wranglers

78 3/4 & 1/2 chevy

76 blazer
81 blazer
93 1/2 chevy
79 1/2 ton

and soon 6" on my 78 blazer as soon as i get the motor in.

I get dealer cost although he isn't supposed to sell to the public. I got my last 6" lift with EVERYTHING except rear springs (will be getting a flip kit soon) for 430 with tax. If someone was real serious about getting one i probably could hook them up but shipping costs might eat up the savings.
