Vent window seal question

I'm not sure if this is where I should ask this, but short of removing the whole assembly, how can I tell if I have a 1 piece or 2 piece vent assembly seal? My truck is an 84 Sierra standard cab. I read somewhere it could be either. Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

2 videos the tell you how to tell them apart. Yours being an 84, it’s most likely the 2 piece. They started changing over around 86-87
