Horn Question. I Need Help

I got a 1969 GMC with standard column and I need to get my horn to work. Where is the horn relay located? The previous owner had a push button mounted in the instrument panel and it looked like crap! I want to get it back onto the column where it's supposed to be but ineed to locate the relay. If a van tilt column is installed does all the wiring match up and the horn work? My problem may be in the column itself.

the relay is right by the fuse panel...above and to the left I think.
As for the van tilt...electricly, the only thing that needs addressed, normally you need an adapter for the harness, and there is a single wire you hook to the fuse box for the shift indicator lamp.

Thumbs up

I just put a newer type steering wheel (94)on my van tilt and the wheel stuc out to far from colum. The tilt I have has a nut behind that holds the shaft together, the threads stuck out a little bit farther then the splines that hold the wheel on .I took a grinder and knocked the threads off about a 1/4" back from splines and now the wheel sits close to colum like it should. JUST A FYI and the harness adapter is all u need
