200r4 vs. 700r4

which is better for quality and speed and stuff

i won't be towing, have an occational haul of stuff but not heavy

i need better gas mileage (lower rpm at highway)

and i want to go faster and get there quicker

i have a th-350 so i have the length for the 200r4 andthe mounts for the 700r4

i also want to get the front and rear end out of a c-10, my uncle got a c-10 for free and i'm gonna ask him if i can swap. shoun't that ring and pinion have a lower ratio, cause im sure my c-20 has a ratio for more torque (im guessing)
