70 SWB 4X4, I missed it!

You just don't find them in this condition at this price a half hour from home. The listing was a week old before I found this, it was sold. I am sick over this...sick, sick, sick...

Re: 70 SWB 4X4, I missed it!

Yeah I know, I had a chance to buy a 67 Chevelle with 48k miles on it for $1800.00 I had called the guy whowas selling and told the guy I was on my way and someone got there right before me and bought it the guy who bought it left is new car to take the Chevelle home. I would have done the same. Seems like cars and trucks deals like that only come once in a life time.

sometimes 3 or 4 times in a lifetime if you are lucky! down around Refugio Tx a I purchased a 67 Chevelle SS from the orig owner. It was very nice and it was cheap. After I bought it the guy called me a few days later and ask if I would be interested in an old covertible corvette. He didnt think it was worth much and hadnt ran it in years. It was a 64 with both tops. It was cleaner than the Chevelle and he wanted the same money for it. I need to post pictures of these cars. It will blow your mind.

What a good looking truck. Hopefully it will be enjoyed by the new owner however I would not be surprised if it gets flipped.

Post the pics. I would like to see them. I had a 67 Chevelle in High school. Not an SS, but I loved that car. I totaled it at 17 (dingbat turned left right in front of me) and that is when I purchased my first Chevy truck.

I did. The problem was the title "70 SWB 4X4". I always search for Chevy and just missed the listing.
