Is this the "addiction" part?

I have found myself looking during my spare time on craigslist for 1967 to 1972 trucks, burbs, and panels. Today I even called one of the owners!

I haven't even gotten my own 1972 truck running!

I had to get ahold of myself....although I could fly out to Kansas and buy that truck and I could tow it back and I probably could get it going again I don't think I should. I had to rein myself in.

Is this the "addiction" part coming out?

Re: Is this the "addiction" part?

You will realize just how bad it gets when you find yourself taking rides in the country and searching back yards and old barns as you drive by looking for that next project covered in hay that was parked 30 years ago with a bad transmission ...I found a '57 Chevy convertible with a factory continental kit on the back that has been sitting in an old barn for many many years and the man just won't sell it ,I stop by his house every once in a while just to keep checking on him and the old car but it's still not for sale ...I've met some nice people this way but learned it's wise to stay in your truck and blow the horn and wait for them to come out ...saves the chance of getting shot or that big dog coming out from under the porch !

I have five trucks these years and I am still on the hunt. Its not a bad thing. If you enjoy these trucks, go for it.
