Cool Welder

Ok, I posted before but it somehow was moved to another area...I am looking to find a quality welder in the Houston, Texas or surrounding areas to fix the frame on my suburban I need this done like yesterday. The frame is cracked pretty bad by the pass side rear shock mount.

Re: Welder

Know anybody at a high school? Many of them have ag welding programs that could handle this.

Re: Welder

Any competent auto repair shop should be able to tackle it. It may cost a little bit if the fuel tank needs to be removed.

And you need to figure out why it broke in the first place. Rust? Did the shock bottom out? Wrong size shock? Missing bump stops? Sagging springs?

It will break after the repear unless you address the problem.
