Yes Those Are Screw Holes.
They Go Between The Cab And The Handle That Open The Air Vents.
Those Are The Screw Holes,looks Like Someone Misjuged The Lower Holes
The First Tme,the Brackets Cover Up The Holes.then The Door Weatherstrip Helps To Hold Them In..
Dont Really Remember All That Well,only Had Them On There About A Week Before I Pulled The Truck Apart.

I noticed they were from a Blazer, will these fir in a 67 C10? If so, Put me 2nd in line behind StormRider.

Yeah,id forgotten about them.
found them this weekend as cleaning off shelves,actually putting parts BACK ON the blazer for a change...lol
