Question disc break convesion

I have a 70 3/4 ton can I use 72 disc and no have to change spindels or do I need to swap it all out

Try this, from you donar truck, instead of going piece by piece, take the top ball joints off the spindles (make sure there's a jack under the spring pocket on both sides), relese spring pressure and unbolt lower control arms and all the steering stuff from the truck, keep it all together and roll it under your truck and bolt it right up with new 72 ball joints in your upper control arms. I wish I had done it this way, instead I went piece by piece. Also steal the master cyl, prop valve and even use some of the hard lines if there still decent. Good luck
