Do the various aftermarket motor mount adapters for the LS1 style motors place the trans mounting surface (of the motor) in the same location as the original small block?

the various aftermarket motor mount adapters put the trans mounting surface in various places

i know that doesn't help, but there's a lot of give room, and .... well, some put it farther forward, some farther back.
