My bad Old Blue. Leon's is a magical 100 acre junk yard. Take 66 towards front royal exit James Madison highway( exit 43 I think) about 1 1/2 from DC.

I went and looked up Leons on the interweb. What an awsome place.There was a link with about 50 pictures of all the old vehicles there. We all love pics! I'll definatly go there in the late fall for a road trip, after the brush dies back a bit. Its something that a couple of friends and I like to do in the fall. Thanks for the info. I'll give them a call. Still looking here on the board as well! Thanks!

leons is a rip off been there a few times he says one price you do all the work tog et it off bring it up and bam its double. waste of time. I may have a fender for. I may have a decent fender its rust free and a 67 I just forget if its left or right. it has a small dent that needs to be smoothed. it might be a few days before I can check

Hey Olblue60,ever miss a fall Carlisle show? J/K,that's a helpful suggestion. I know this feller and can say he always goes with friends...then usually goes back again!!.That's a hit or miss (heavy on the miss end) at Carlisle. I'm guessing OlBlue60 was hoping among this huge targeted group someone would be able to cough up a nice fender. And,it was a good 6 weeks prior to fall Carlisle when this was posted,after not finding any at the Carlisle truck show.

There is a guy on Craigslist trying to sell a 68 Chevy c10 and a 70 GMC together. I called the other day and asked him if he was willing to part them out, but he said not right now. I don't want to buy both trucks because I don't have space for them. I plan on calling him to see if I can check them out Sunday, because I am looking for a pair of doors and a 67-68 hood.
He is in Centreville, MD. I don't know why he doesn't want to part them out, he could make a lot more than $750.

rkintn68, I saw that Fender a week or so ago. I wish they woud show the damaged/ loose bondo area better. The shipping is $150 on that fender making it to risky for me to take a chance.

I guess for now I'm gonna keep trying to see what I can find. Thanks

I would like to go to Carlisle, but I have a lot to do on the 60 Impala dash I am putting in my 67 C10. If I can talk the guy into parting out the trucks, I will take pics of the fenders. According to the LMC catalog, all 68-72 GMC fenders are the same as 68. There is also a guy in southern Delaware that has the back yard of his garage full of 67-68 C10 front ends (complete). I talked to him once and gave him my number, he may have forgotten because he didn't seem to be all there. I think I will stop by again. I do think I got lucky when I found the fender at Carlisle.
