What other year control arm bushings fit my 72?

Just wondering what all year control arm bushings fit my 72? Seems like its limited for the 72, local auto parts have them but are outrageous in price.Upper and lower with shells included.. seems ebay has tons for 73 and up reasonably priced. There are a ton of Genius truck guys on the site to help Newbs like myself on here.. Thanks in advance.

Re: What other year control arm bushings fit my 72?

I replaced everything under my 70 to 73-87 front. I bought a 78 front crossmember off CL for 80$ cleaned and painted up the 78 parts and replaced it all. A arms, Bushings, tie rods, pitman arm idler arm. Now if I need to get anything I can go to oreillys and get what I need off the shelf. Just my .02
Good luck

In 73 they went to rubber control arm bushing. You can upgrade to 73 control arms but keep the ball joints tie rods etc 72

No. If your looking for the most least cost involved you need to stick with the stock parts for your truck. If your looking to upgrade to newer style parts you can mode like mentioned above to 73-87, however your going to spend WAY more gathering all the parts and if your not experienced with suspension & frame modes your looking at a huge job.
