71 transfer case type.
I recently purchased a 71 k10. I've researched all of the drive train and found it to be original with the truck. 307 built and installed in flint, [KE141F), Muncie 3spd transmission (M1A11A) M20, but the transfer case iludes me. I can't find a site with numbers to cross reference, hoping someone here may have some insite; info on case tag : (the center of the tag is ripped and I believe has destroyed one number but) 398_01 then 11/28/70 then CTC 205. I thought it was an NP205 at first, but it doese not have the prefix NP. Is CTC an actual type, amd if so could anyone shed some light thx.

Re: 71 transfer case type.
Do you have any pics? It probably is a 205, as they didnt put much else in.
