rear sway bar???

well i thought i was off to a really good upgrade today. my knight-owl project apparently didnt come with a front sway bar fromt he factory, or someone completely took it off a long time ago before i got it. i found a 1-ton front sway bar i planned on adding, and im sure there wont be any issues with it.

but a buddy was scrapping a bronco 4wd and i yanked the rear sway bar off of it, since it looked like a bolt-in piece. i tried the rear first which ended in realizing it just wasnt going to be easy to adapt.

has anyone out there adapted a rear sway bar on out trucks? i havent yet found one from a 1-ton truck, and i dont even know what they look like or how they mount, but it wouldnt hurt to have one if anyone has any info. i tried the search, didnt find much about the rear sway bar though.

Re: rear sway bar???

The Camper Special trucks had a factory rear sway bar. I have not found one as a donor yet, but plan to. From the pictures I have found and looking under random trucks out in the world, it looks like it will basically bolt right in with a little fab work.
