i just bought on and need to get it home on my trailer i am hoping it is wide enough? help please

it, really all comes down to the width of the tire. Mine is 80 inches wide.

hey mine is about 81 inches i run 33 12.50 15 on a 10 wide wheel

Hard to answer that without knowing what axles are under the truck. Would also need to know what size rims (including backspacing) are on it.

Factory width was listed at 79 inches

But it like stated, depends on what yours is running..

I have an extra wide trailer and mine rubbed.......take 2 smaller tires/rims for the front and your problem is solved.

I trailered mine from Carrolton(Dallas) to San Antonio. I had rented a trailer that was 80 inches wide. I ended up putting on two skinny tires on factory wheels up front to get it past the trailer fenders. Worked out great. I'm sure you know to use industrial ratcheting straps to secure the new ride to the trailer and check every 75 miles or so. I almost lost Ol' Yeller in mid-day Dallas traffic. Luckily, the hook on the strap caught the seering stabilizer and kept it from falling off the trailer. Anyways, good luck bringing her home. Later.

You could always BACK it onto the trailer. Just be sure to get
your weight distributed correctly or it will be one hell of a ride.

thats a good idea hadn't really thought of that. i got 2 good tires and 2 flat ones but it may be needed if the lugs freeze up on me on the front just to get it on the trailer. i am taking cordless impact and tools and help and extra breaker bar and cheater bar. so i think i am set.

i am from the murfreesboro area just moved to the chattanooga area last year. 8 hour drive hopefully well worth it.

My Jimmy has 33-12.5's and I loaded it on my hauler. It rubbed, but nothing rubbed but rubber on the trailer fenders. Now, I didn't think of it when I hauled mine home 3 hours away, but backing it on maybe would have solved the rubbing problem, as the rear axle is less wide than the front!

got her home 900 bucks. skinny tires and wheels 77 1/2 inches trailer and 1/4 clearence on each side. from end of lock out to lock out is 77. the hub stick out more than the tires look for pics later on different post .
