Picked up a couple new projects in the last week. Got the Chevelle on Sunday and the truck on Wednesday. The Chevelle is a original 396 car but sadly the 396 is long gone. The 70 swb is a 6 cyl 3 speed with working a/c. Already got all of the add on stuff removed and think it looks much better. The bed is close to perfect with only 1 small ding and no rust. The cab is another story. Definately needs to be replaced.

i havn't been back to TX since boot camp but if there are sweet chevy's like those ready for the picking I might have to make a trip back to the lone star state. Nice score!

Man I am really looking forward to your progress...I am taking some time off next week to get mine a little father down the line to driveable...but you always move way faster than me...so it will give me some motivation

I haven't lowered it yet. Been having too much fun driving it. I still have all the 5 lug and drop parts I was trying to sell. I have everything I need except for new brake lines. I have been doing some work to the Chevelle to get it to driver status and when it is I will be starting on the truck.

Nice truck. And yea, yea, I really like the gas pedal too. Used to be a company called "Moon Racing Equipment" that made those.

Still driving the truck. I did what I swore to the wife I wouldn't do. Pulled the Chevelle apart. There was enough stuff rigged on it to where I wouldn't feel comfortable driving it as was.
