wheel adapter help

i just ordered centerline smoothies in
20x8.5 5.4 backspacing rear
18x8 5.0 backspacing front
I have a 1970 longbed and i want to order some wheel spacers for it. I need some help on thickness with the spacers what thickness should i get?

also the guy who is making them needs the measurement of the hub (hubcentric)to make the spacers, can someone give me that measurement?
